Columbia, SC- The Lady Conquistadors come up short against the Rams of Columbia International University. The Lady Conquistadors loss the match 2-0 on the road against the Rams.
The Lady Conquistadors had a tough time getting a groove on the offensive end. The Lady Conquistadors had an attempt for a goal off of a penalty kick but the tough Rams defense denied the Conquistadors.
Columbia managed to net two goals; one in the 36th minute and the other in the 61st minute. Although the Rams notched two goals keep Savannah Laster had 4 saves and a couple of good deflections thought out the match.
The Lady Conquistadors travel back home to face off against Trinity Baptist College on Saturday October, 28th at home in Hialeah, FL. The match is scheduled to kick-off at 2pm, the Conquistadors are looking to bounce back from this loss and a 2-0 defeat they had from Trinity Baptist last weekend.
