MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (August 21, 2021) – The Florida National volleyball (0-3) fell to the No. 2-ranked Midland Warriors (3-0), 3-0 (25-14, 25-23, 25-14) in the final game of the 2021 STU Invitational on Saturday morning.
Midland held the Conquistadors to an .025 hitting percentage to hand FNU its third-straight loss to start the season.
Joanne Dania led all Conquistadors with five kills. Libero Carolina Arrais Dantas posted a team-high 10 digs in the match.
FNU will travel to Babson Park, Florida, on Tuesday, August 24, to take on Webber International. First serve is set for 3:00 PM.
