Attending Florida National University’s New Student Orientation will be your first activity.
Please keep in mind that you are required to attend.
FNU’s Hialeah Campus Orientation for new students will be held on Friday, June 21st. For the Hialeah and Training Center’s new students, the orientation will take place in the Hialeah Campus.
South Campus’ Orientation for new students will be held on Thursday, June 20th.
Both Campuses will offer two orientation sessions. Orientation sessions will take place at 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. You may attend either one of these sessions.
On Orientation day, the Office of Student Services, with the collaboration of all departments, will provide you with crucial information in regards to
- Financial Aid and your obligations
- Academic performance and your responsibilities
- Calendars, dates and deadlines
- Monthly payments
- Where to buy your textbooks and uniforms
- Available resources for students’ success
- Extra-curricular activities, clubs and associations
Additional information that will help you pave a strong road for success will also be mentioned during your session.
