WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (March 3, 2023) – Florida National University’s women’s tennis team continues its search for its first win of 2023 after the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish handed them a 7-0 win. The sweep marks just the second victory for PBA and this is the third shutout for the Conquistadors in five matches.
In doubles play, FNU lost the opening point after Karyna Krykunenko and Pirada Suwanruk and Paulina Jankuh and Emerald Cooke lost their respective matches by a score of 3-6. In singles play, losses from Vera Hoekstra, Paulina Jankuh and Pirada Suwanruk secured a victory for the home team.
