MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (February 24, 2021) – The Florida National women’s soccer team (0-5) fell to the St. Thomas Bobcats, 5-0, on Tuesday evening in the spring season opener for the Conquistadors.
FNU were unable to shake off the rust from not taking the pitch since October as the Bobcats outshot the Conquistadors, 19-0.
Goalkeeper Vanessa Osorio corralled 10 saves in the game, playing a full 90 in net for FNU.
FNU will now turn its attention to Edward Waters. The Conquistadors will host the Tigers on Tuesday, March 16. Game time is set for 4:00 p.m.
