After a competitive inaugural season, the newest addition to the athletics family made it to the USCAA National Tournament. The news was long awaited as the mostly freshman team eagerly watched the selection this past Monday night. Their hard work and dedication paid off as they got selected into the ninth seed. Florida National’s next stop will be at Du Bois, Pennsylvania this Friday to compete in the opening round of the USCAA National Tournament. On May 14th their first game will be against the Mississippi University for Women. The ten schools taking part in this upcoming tournament are Apprentice University, Bluefield State, Cincinnati-Vermont, Cleary University, College of ST. Joseph, Florida National, Mississippi University for women Penn State Du Bois, Selma University, and Wright State University.
