First was our Women’s Volleyball, then Men’s Soccer and now Men’s Basketball!
In 2016-2017 all three sports at Florida National University have made it to their respective National Tournaments.

Our Men’s Basketball team was confirmed as making it to the 2017 National Tournament in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.

Congratulations to coach JJ Thatcher and the boys for making it to the 3rd National Tournaments in a row. The Men’s Basketball team not only played one of the toughest schedules in the nation this year but they did it with style, beating the #3 team in the nation, played 3 Division I top schools and kept a 12-4 home record, they were #4 in the nation with 2,282 total points in the season, #4 in the nation with 3 pointers per game, and #2 in the nation with 10.1 steals per game. That’s lots of hard work boys, well done on a great job this 2016-2017 season. Keep it going!
